Bookings & Payments
A signed agreement and booking fee are required to secure wedding planning services with West Coast Weddings. Remaining balances must be paid in line with the payment schedule outlined within your contract.
Services
Services provided will reflect the package agreed upon at the time of booking. Any additional services requested may incur additional charges.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, responding to requests within reasonable timeframes and making payments as agreed.
Supplier Responsibility
While West Coast Weddings will coordinate and communicate with suppliers where applicable, responsibility for services delivered by third-party suppliers remains with the individual supplier.
Liability
West Coast Weddings will always endeavour to deliver services with professionalism, care and attention to detail. However, liability cannot be accepted for circumstances outside reasonable control, including supplier issues, venue issues, weather conditions or unforeseen disruptions.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be outlined within the individual client contract provided upon booking.
