Rebekah is the founder and lead planner behind West Coast Weddings, bringing together professional expertise, local knowledge and a calm, considered approach to wedding planning. With a first-class honours degree in International Events Management and years of experience delivering weddings and events across prestigious venues throughout Ayrshire and Scotland’s West Coast, Rebekah specialises in creating celebrations that are not only beautiful, but expertly managed behind the scenes.
Having planned weddings within busy venue environments, Rebekah understands how many moving parts sit behind the scenes. Each day brings a new couple, a new timeline and a new set of priorities. While venues do an incredible job, her role is different. By working with a limited number of couples at a time, each wedding receives focused, one-to-one attention throughout the planning process and on the day itself.
Alongside her professional background, Rebekah also brings the perspective of a bride. Having recently planned her own wedding, she understands first-hand what couples truly need throughout the process - reassurance, clear communication and someone who can confidently balance both the emotional and organisational sides of the day.
Whether planning an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, her focus remains the same: calm planning, delivered with care, and entirely centred around each couple she works with.
